Pay Per Listing Program
How can I make money with the program?
Approved classified ad submissions are eligible
for cash rewards--we pay you for listing with us!
You can keep track of how much money you're making every
step of the way. Just log in, and go to "My Account",
then "My Rewards Dashboard" to your pending rewards and
total rewards earned to date.
How much money can I make?
That all depends on how many ads you list, and how many
people you refer. The more ads you list, and the more
people you refer, the more money you make. There is no
limit.
What ad categories are eligible for the Pay
Per Listing program?
Currently, all listings in all categories
except for the following, are eligible, and are subject
to approval before the listing goes live:
For each ad you list in one of the eligible
categories, you will receive $ .25 (25 cents) per
listing.
How and when do I get paid?
First of all, you need to tell us who you are
so we can pay you. Be sure to provide us with your legal
name, street address and PayPal account information when
you register. PayPal is currently our primary method of
payment but we are exploring other options. PLEASE
NOTE: We recommend utilizing a personal PayPal
account in order to avoid any transaction fees to
receiving payments. If you choose to use an email
address that links to your Business or Premiere PayPal
account, fees will apply. Please refer to PayPal's fee
section for more information.
We make payments monthly on the 16th of each month
(or next business day if the 16th falls on a weekend or
holiday). Participants will be paid the current eligible
balance in their account, when their account reaches a
minimum of $10. Under "My Account", view "My Rewards
Dashboard" for your current rewards information. If you

Do I need to sell my item to receive payment
for the listing?
No. We pay per listing, which is not
contingent on whether you sell your item or not. Of
course, we hope you sell your item, but it is not
required in order for you to be paid for the listing.
You can also relist your item if it does not sell within
the chosen ad's listing time fram; however, relisted ads
are not eligible to receive additional Pay Per Listing
rewards.
Are my SouthEastTexasADS.com earnings
taxable, and do I have to fill out any forms for tax
purposes?
The IRS (Internal Revenue Service of the US Government)
requires anyone being paid more than $600 by a US
company to fill out a W-9 (US citizens) or a W-8
(international citizens) form for tax purposes. As you
near $600 in earnings, SouthEastTexasADS.com will send
the appropriate form to your SouthEastTexasADS.com
profile email address, and you will need to fill it out
and return it in order to continue to receive payments.
Directions for returning the completed form will be
included in the message. Once we've received the form we
will send you a confirmation message and you will
continue to be paid as usual. At the end of the year,
you will receive a 1099 for your own reporting purposes
(you need to declare your SouthEastTexasADS.com earnings
in your annual tax filing).
Basic Rules of Fair Play
- Anyone that wants to participate in the Pay Per
Listing Program MUST be registered with
http://www.SouthEastTexasADS.com.
- Any participant MUST have a valid Name, Address
and Email.
- The participant MUST have a Paypal account and
the account needs to be verified.
- The participant can place as many ads as he/she
would like, as long as the items are different (for
instance, you have three bicycles for sale, but they
are all a different color and a different size).
- All ads need to have description and contact
info.
- All ads are subject to approval by
SouthEastTexasADS.com staff before item is eligible
for payment.
- If SouthEastTexasADS.com finds any of its
participants abusing the Pay Per Listing Program,
such as listing ads with unrealistic costs merely to
get paid for listings, that person will not be
eligible for payments, and will be banned from
participation in the program.
- All ads listed and approved are eligible for one
(1) time payment. Example: if you list a item and
you don't sell the item, you can relist the item for
free, but you will not be eligible for additional
payment.
- SouthEastTexasADS.com will pay $ .25
(twenty-five cents) per each approved ad listed in
an eligible category.
- SouthEastTexasADS.com will issue payment to Pay
Per Listing participants on the 15th of each month,
via PayPal. The amount paid each month will be
whatever the current reward balance is in the
participant's account at that time. The minimum
amount that needs to be reached in order to get paid
is currently $10.00. PLEASE NOTE: We recommend
utilizing a personal PayPal account in order
to avoid any transaction fees to receiving payments.
If you choose to use an email address that links to
your Business or Premiere PayPal account, fees will
apply. Please refer to PayPal's fee section for more
information. In addition, if you do not claim your
PayPal payment within 30 days, the funds will
automatically be returned to us by PayPal. If for
some reason you were unable to claim your payment
within that timeframe, we will reissue the funds one
time. Simply contact us at

Your Profile
Why are you asking for my real name and contact info?
Simple: we need to be able to send you the money
that you earn when you list an ad. To do so, we need a
real name and address. We will not--under any
circumstances-- voluntarily give out your information to
another party.
How do I cancel my account?
We'd hate to see you go, but if you'd like to cancel
your account, please email us at
setads@southeasttexasads.com and we'll take care of
it for you.
